I have only had the R1900 28 hours. I am extremely pleased with the print quality of the new inks. I have owned and operated Epson'e R1800 for 5 years. I was very happy with the result it produced. So far the R1900 produces brighter prints faster than the R1800. I am pleased to own this printer. Allow me more time and I'll be able to give a more comprehensive evaluation.

I have owned an Epson printer in the past but went to other brands when I wore the Epson printer out. It gave me great service but for some reason I just purchased a different printer. I have been reading reviews on the R1900 and decided to go back to Epson for my semi-professional photo printing needs. I was not disappointed. Epson has a fine product with the R1900 and the photos it prints out prove it. I have only had this printer for a couple of days but I have printed out 10 different 9 X 13 inch prints and I am impressed with the results. There isn't anything I can say to you to make you want to own one of these printers. You have to see the results for yourself and you will be sold. Setting it up out of the box was just as easy as printing photos with the printer. In baseball terms, this printer is a "Grand Slam".

Beautiful Pictures

I've only had this printer for a few days but I am very happy so far. The picture quality is great and the colors are perfect. It was very easy to set up, I was printing photos in a few minutes. It is larger than I expected but worth the extra space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good overall performance R1900

I have had a chance to get a good use on this printer. It's quiet, fast, and does a superb job printing. Software is very intuitive, for me this is a big plus. Roll paper loading is much improved over my last printer,1270. As home user hobby photo/darkroom-ist (so to speak). So far really like this printer.

As an amature photograher, this is the first premium printer I have purchased. The color in the prints are fantastic and match well with my computer screen.
The printer was easy to set-up and simple to use.
