I received and assembled 2 of these last night. Although I haven't used them yet, I wanted to write this review because of my experience. (FYI: I do not enjoy assembling things. Correction: I despise assembling things!!!)
The packaging was excellent, the instructions were clear and the parts were quality.
The detail of having all hardware individually grouped and lableled facilitated easy assembly.
The parts for the stainless deflectors were covered in a plastic adhesive that, although took a little extra time to remove, insured no scratches nor significant defects. The packaging and cut quality of these part allowed for easy assembly without needing the assistance of a second person. (Reviews of some products commented on the difficulty of assembling the deflector)
So, my initial review is 5 star. Exceeded my expectations!!!

Easy to use and heats up!

I bought this for a mountain condo deck. It was relatively painless to assemble and within 30 minutes I had it assembled and fired up on the first try. My wife commented on the heat it throws off, and she is always cold. It looks really nice and feels quite sturdy. We paired with the Toulon Oval fire pit, and have enjoyed sitting on our deck over the holidays Despite temperatures in the teens! Very happy with this patio heater!!!

Very Nice Patio Heater

Bought this as a Christmas Gift for my wife and we are both very impressed with the both the look and quality. Easy to put together with good instructions which is always a big plus.

Great Heater for Pergola

I bought this heater to use by my Pergola. We are in a Arizona RV Resort and works great for taking the chill out of the winter nights and extends our outside sitting.
The only issue I had was the cover I bought for the heater. The instructions are not very clear on what the rod function is.
