I purchased this item over a year ago and have enjoyed it through two summers and much of two winters. On cool Colorado evenings in the Fall and Spring (and even some summer nights) the heater gives us both warmth and a beautiful glow that rivals a fire pit without the mess. In the winter, we light up the heater to give the backyard an extra twinkle, and guests invariably are drawn to the flame- standing outside with their drinks, huddled around the heater and enjoying the fresh air.

It was easy enough to put together although the pieces didn't line up exactly. Not very sturdy, but we don't plan on moving it often. Looks nice enough and price was good enough for our patio. Gives off a nice amount of heat so far.

Just received and assembled this. Took me 3.5 hours from unboxing to assembly but it looks wonderful. There should be a drawing in instructions showing the start button rotates to install/replace AAA battery.

I purchased this heater 3 weeks ago and I was amazed how easy it was to assemble. Friends absolutely love the look of the unit. The heat thrown off is outstanding. I couldn't be any happier. Thank you for creating the perfect patio heater.

Great heater and nice look

Unfortunately, the igniter has never worked, you can see the spark, but it won't light so we have to use a lighter to start it. When it is lit, we love it and is nice that you can make the flame any height. Keeps the area warm.

I purchased 2 heaters and they work well. Overall, I like the design with the exception of the 2 piece glass tube. It should be a one piece design.
