Very stylish and easy to move from window to window. It does not cool 325 square feet or what claimed, but it will cool a room of 196 square feet or so. After 3 months I am pleased. Hopefully mine dont break down, lol.

Perfect for a small upstairs room

Works well and cools whole room, but plastic window installation pieces are cheap and don't stay in place. I must apply tape or they slip out taking the warm evacuation hose with it.

This is perfect. The weight was okay for me to carry it up to my loft where it is placed. My home is small but with some elevated ceilings and some lower. I have 2 small window air conditioners on the first floor, but needed something upstairs. This was easy to install, and it came at the perfect time. We have had a much warmer than normal summer with several high 80's and low 90's days. I turn the 3 air conditioners on around noon, and I'm comfortable all day. This is perfect. The weight is fair for a portable a/c; I'm a 56 y/o female with some health issues and a horrid back, but I was able to make it to the loft w/ some prayers.... You won't regret this purchase.

Seems very well built -- light enough to move easily. Came in two days which was amazing. Definitely cools the room somewhat - but cools area in immediate vincinity very well. Would probably have gone with a window unit if my daughter didn't need to use it in both her living room and bedroom. Haven't got the energy bill yet so not sure about energy efficiency -- but I would most definitely recommend Air & Water for anyone looking for a unit. They were incredible.!!!!!

We have ordered our second portable air conditioner from New Air. Our first unit has lasted about 15 years and it's cooling performance JUST started to decline recently. I am really happy with the life of these products and hope this trend will continue. I am excited to see what the newer model has to offer. Secondly, the customer service provided by New Air is top shelf. We have received nothing but great service and quick resolutions when dealing with New Air. Keep it up and I will keep coming back!
