Great Features

I got this AC for this summer and it works great. This is the most portable easy to use air conditioner. It can cool up to 325s/f and it's only take 10amph to run it so it's very power efficient. It is quieter than any others AC's I have every owned. They have great features some of them are : 12 hours programmable timer, dehumidifier function, carbon filter and easy to move around. Does not take up to much space and wheel works great. Overall I'm satisfied with this product and definitely recommend it.

I've had my New Air Portable Air Conditioner for almost 4 years...it is definitely worth its weight in gold! I've never had a single issue with my unit and its still going strong to this day!

Works well in our second story bedroom - cooling the room down quickly. And added bonus is that it is super quiet. Love this!

STAY AWAY......Cheaply made, breaks down, poor service

I bought this product for my bedroom. Worked for less then a yea, the evaporator breaks down and I have to start draining the unit every 2 hours. Called Customer service, explained to them whats happening but since it was over a year since I ordered it, they said it was out of warrantee. I asked if anything can be done and they said they will see what they can do and get back to me, they never got back to me and called again but they had no clue what was happening. So to "Fix" the issue, I built a stand for it and opened the drain and placed a bucket underneath it which I had to empty 2x a day. Then 6 weeks later, the fan dies and stops working or blowing air. Product is obviously cheaply made and poor customer service who dont care to get back to their customer because they know their products are junk, besides if you do have a warrantee on it, they will make you pay to ship the item back, which is close to $100 due to its weight. Save your money and buy a different brand,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only negative with this unit is the extendable window kit is too short. I have a temporary fix but need to find a solution which is more secure. It cools great and was simple to set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

THIS PRODUCT HAS MET AND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS . SIMPLE TO INSTALL AND OPERATE. WE HAVE ANDERSEN CASEMENT WINDOWS SO WE HAD TO HAVE A POLYCARBONATE WINDOW FABRICATED FOR THE VENT TO THE OUTDOORS. AT FIRST I WAS GOING TO INSTALL A DRYER VENT IN OUR BEDROOM WALL BUT DECEIDED TO HAVE A POLY WINDOW FABRICATED TO THE SAME SIZE AS THE EXISTING SCREEN IT WOULD REPLACE ON HOT DAYS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING 1/8 POLY AND GETTING IT FRAMED WITH THE MATCHING MATERIAL THAT YOUR SCREEN IS FRAMED IN. GLASS PEOPLE CUT THE EXACT SIZE HOLE IN THE POLY TO ACCEPT THE OVAL SHAPED VENT. WE DIDNT EVEN NEED TO USE THE REMAINING WINDOW FITTINGS THAT ACCOMPANIED THE AIR CONDITIONER. TOTAL COST $60 AT OUR LOCAL GLASS SUPPLIER . AIR CONDITIONER ARRIVED IN LESS THAN A WEEK, PACKED SAFELY ,IN PERFECT SHAPE AND IS EXCELLENT!! AIR AND WATER PEOPLE WERE TOTALLY HELPFUL AND GREAT. GLAD I FOUND THEM ON LINE!!
