Very stylish and easy to move from window to window. It does not cool 325 square feet or what claimed, but it will cool a room of 196 square feet or so. After 3 months I am pleased. Hopefully mine dont break down, lol.

The unit is working great. It is cooling a much bigger area than expected. An added bonus is that it also is a heater. I didn't realize that. That will be appreciated in few months. It arrived in just a few days, so it was shipped immediately. Thumbs up to everything.

Disappointd below should slightly screw the grooves on the exhaust portion into the unit. Nothing comes apart when that's done. As for me, I have no complaints and love my cool bedroom. First bought the unit because I needed a new HVAC and was pretty sure my homeowners association would fire a letter off to me if I installed a window unit temporarily. After this experience, I'm thinking of using more than one unit in my next house and skipping the whole house air conditioning with its shutes and leaks altogether. So glad a friend recommended this and I found Air and Water on my own.

(1) Air & Water's double packaging was excellent - reached me in perfect condition. (2) carbon/charcoal filter looks like a joke - I doubt whether it does anything. (3) weight is light compared to most portable air-conditioners and with wheels, and just right for me (I have back-problem) (4) No problem with fitting exhaust hose, good construction (I have casement windows, so had to use Pactiv foam sheets from Lowe's. cut to the size of the netting replacing it, and using double-sided duct tape). You have to wrap a soft foamy insulation on the exhaust pipe to increase efficiency. (5) cooling is excellent, but as a spot cooler, As a room cooler, it is not as efficient as a windows unit - I stayed within recommended room size, still lowered only a 2-3 degrees below outside. However, if you let it run 24 hours without cutout, that makes quite a difference. (6) water accumulation has not bothered me yet (if I have to do it I shall have to use low pans, which is problematic). On the whole, I am OK/satisfied with it.

does a great job in my 400 square foot Workshop. summer has been 100 degrees plus since July 1st.
Pros: Accurate Temperature Controls, Cools the Whole Room, Easily Portable, Energy Efficient, Quiet
Cons: Energy Inefficient, Uneven Cooling

Solved my home issues!

The house I am renting doesnt have the best air ciruculation in the living room and during the summer in Airzona it can be way too hot... our bedrooms will be 78 and the living room will be 85. We installed one of these and used the included window duct and it cooled the room down to 75 no problem.
