I've had my New Air Portable Air Conditioner for almost 4 years...it is definitely worth its weight in gold! I've never had a single issue with my unit and its still going strong to this day! This is one investment I'm glad I made!

I bought this air conditioner for my small bedroom because the heat was making it hard to sleep, it was easy to install. I did it by myself with no tools and it helps keep my bedroom cool!

Ideal unit for recurring heat waves

We bought this unit anticipating the late summer/early fall heat waves that annually hit Southern California. We have a newborn, so it was important that we have a portable AC that was functional. I'm happy to report that it has been effective for keeping our apartment comfortable. In the larger living room, it really helps to "take the edge off" the heat and humidity, and when we move it into the smaller bedroom, it fully cools things off. The unit is easy to move from one room to another; it's narrow and has wheels so you don't have to lift it. The only nuisance is moving the window panel, but that isn't a big deal. We would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Good, portable a/c unit. Easy to set-up and use. Once the air hose is attached to the unit and window, it is hard to take apart (whereas with other units it's easy to twist off when done with the season), but it works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great portable a/c

I purchased this to replace a 2 month old $600 portable unit that broke. I was greatly surprised at how well this one works and it was half the price. Would definitely buy again if I need to replace another unit.

Tubing is a concern, but working well so far

I had to cut the window piece down to fit my window because it is horizontal, not vertical, but seems to be working well so far. Cools the room quickly and noise level is very good. I am a bit concerned about the tubing because the placement of the unit requires the tube to bend slightly and the instructions were explicit about not having any bends to the tube. I am hoping my modifications are successful. It was a great price for a unit this powerful.
