Exceptional quality and performance. It cools our upstairs bedroom very nicely. We decided to try newair after buying their wine refrigerator, which has worked well for years and we feel is better than the most expensive competitor brands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was very easy to set up. Like that the window is not blocked by a large air conditioner. Keeps our bedroom at a cool temperature during hot humid nights, making for comfortable sleeping.

Great product for our needs

We bought this to use on the few warm days we have on the oregon coast. Have an open floor plan LR/DR/Kitchen space that this works well to keep comfortable. In a bedroom, keeps it very cool. It is a little heavy and we have to move it up and down stairs. Main challenge is the window application as we have tall vertical windows. Not the units issue though. Little noise but not nearly the hum and buzz of old window units. I would recommend this for limited size application

Can cool down the warmest room!

This unit worked awesomely for a while, then like life something happened and the unit started to not perform as well anymore. I contacted customer service by email, they responded within a day or so, they asked a few more questions about the unit & quickly set me up for the delivery of a new unit & shipping label to return the old unit and waived the shipping fee!! I'm a happy camper again!!

Very happy with the New Air Portable AC

My husband and I are so pleased with the unit. We live in the San Joaquin Valley in California where temperatures are usually 100+ in the summer. We bought this unit so that we can sleep comfortably in our room without running the entire house air conditioner all night. So far, it works great and we love it.
