I have 2. 1 is in my bedroom and couldn't sleep to the loud squirreling sound and loud motor sounds. Warning NOT made for bedrooms! 1 in my living room. Same very loud!!!

We absolutely love our new portable air conditioner and heater! It's perfect for the room in our house that lacks a vent, providing both cooling and heating as needed. The fact that it functions as both an air conditioner and a heater is incredibly convenient. I used this unit to cool my bedroom and living room after hurricane Ida. I was on generator power for 3 weeks it was easy to set up and move around when needed. I plan to purchase another unit for my hunting and fishing camp.

Love the machine, easy instal and use. Fits anywhere and easy to move if you need to. The direction manual could be written clearer. If you follow the manual it doesn't separate using the system for heat or air conditioning...which it should. I loaded the water container and the machine kept shutting off when it reached 40 degrees. When in fact you don't want to fill the water basin for heat. The document does NOT mention that. The unit itself though was a great buy and the install super easy. I'd definitely recommend it.
