I was having some dampness and musty smells in my sun room from lack of use during the cooler months here in North Florida. It has taken care of the problem completely. It is sturdy, easy to use and pulls the humidity out of the room very well. I would recommend this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this product ten days ago and am very pleased with it. I'd give it five stars if it had an adjustable thermostat instead of just an on-off switch, but at its price who can complain? I needed a continuous flow machine for a 900 square-foot basement, to replace an old one that finally gave out. All other machines I saw were too big for the recessed space into which I would put it, and the space couldn't be expanded. This was the perfect solution. It is portable, has the continuous drainage feature I need, and looks good. You can use it in a fixed location or in any room of a house. The directions weren't written by a native English speaker. It took me a little time to figure out how to connect the drainage tube, but it was easy enough, and I installed it in less than 30 minutes. It's been running smoothly ever since.
Pros: Compact, Effective, Energy Efficient, Lightweight, Quiet
A last thing that I like about the NewAir AD250 is that it has rubber feet. That permits more safely taking advantage of its lighter weight by placing it up onto an elevated surface without fear that it will roll off and fall with a crash
I absolutely love this dehumidifier! My house is just under 1,000 square feet and it has drastically reduced the amount of humidity in the house. We had been having a mold problem and all of our window were fogging up due to rain and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This little guy removed 8 cups of water in the first 10 hours it was on! It does make a little noise, but you can sleep with it in the room if you like white noise. Otherwise I just run it during the day or in the living room. I have found a little water pooled underneath a couple of times, but I haven't figured out if it is because I haven't put the tray back in properly or not. The pool is about the circumference of a golf ball, so it isn't much. I would definitely recommend this dehumidifier for anyone with a similar humidity problem.
This dehumidifier is easy to use and maintain. I am using it in my bedroom, and it fills up about once per day (I usually run it for 12 hours). When it is full, a light comes on, and the unit turns off. It is doing a great job so far.
In a very short time, all the inside moisture on the windows in our RV was gone. Condensation is a problem down south and it really does it's job. It is also very quiet and takes up very little space. It is just the right size for us. At home I think we will use it in our crawl space where moisture seems to hang out.
