where is the kit for sliding glass doors?

Hello,I was given my newair as a gift,normally i have no problems as far as installing anything,however,you dont show anything on how to install the venting system into a SLIDING GLASS DOOR,not a window,their are plenty of videos articles as so forth on how to do that. you cant use the window kit,because it is so flimsy and was not made for doors! So,i am rather annoyed with your lack of getting information for all types of installation areas NOT JUST WINDOWS! so apparently im going to have to go to the hardware store for their suggestions,something that your company should have done! Im assuming the kit for windows will be expensive.is it a nice machine? yes it is,but come on now,instructions should cover every possible way of being done!

Cools our downstairs nicely!

We wish we had purchased this portable A/C years ago! We looked in the ductless AC system a couple years ago and it was too expensive for how much we would actually need the A/C. We purchased our NewAir for a fraction of the cost and it cools our downstairs perfectly. Very happy with our purchase!

Attractive unit

Just recieved the unit last week and am useing it in a basement apartment. The unit noise level is good for a living enviroment. Not overly loud. It does show the temp. of the room and was shuting off the compressor when the desired temp. was reached. So far so good am very pleased with the unit. The shipping was very fast and the unit arrived in excellent condition. Air & Water are great to work with. Every question was answered and the love the return policy if I was not pleased. Dehumidification is not real good if you have a humidity problem tho.

Unless you are sitting right in front of it, it does nothing to cook the room. It's been running 3 hours and it's still the same temp in the room. Water tank runs dry in an hour. Water level light never glows. Waste of money.

Use it in a trailer and it cools it down and I live in Arizona and so it ran 24-7 and it still running like it was brand new

This air conditioner works well. We live in a mobile home and the kitchen/living room area is kept cool with this unit. Seems to be very high quality and works well. I recommend for anyone looking for a unit to cool a large area.
