Absolutely blown away at how well this heater has warmed up our garage/ carriage house space. Not only does it heat the space up quickly but it does so efficiently. We needed something that was budget friendly and powerful enough to heat a two plus car garage. Both my husband and I have been blown away by this heater. Not only in its heating capabilities, but also how well made the product is. New Air also made sure to send us all the necessary accessories we would need to install the heater. Definitely a plus that we didn't have to make a run to the big box store to buy things to install the heater.
Pros: Easily Adjustable, Good Heating Diameter, Heats Quickly, Well-Constructed
Cons: Fan is a little in the loud side

1st, my experience with Air and Water has been great! Fast and secure shipping with no issues. Just had the unit installed in my garage for winters in Colorado and I can wait to be able to work in the shop with a t-shirt while watching it snow outside. It's a touch loud but I'm guessing they all are being that it has a blower. I would not only buy again from Air and Water but I would buy this unit again!

I just added new insulation in my detached garage walls and installed one of these units. Wow. I have not even finished the insualtion in the attic or the garage doors themselves and this thing is keeping the garage nice and warm. This is a 3 car garage and the temperature was in the low 20's last night. I am very happy that I chose this unit!!!! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Just installed in 3 car garage. Cold temps haven't hit yet, but trial run indicates heater heats quickly and heat is distributed sufficiently. I like that you can direct the heater in any direction.

I Now Have Two!

Air&Water initially sent me a damaged, opened box and previously used G73 when I paid for a new one. It was frustrating, but after speaking with Tracy T. in Customer Service, the situation was promptly defused. Less than 4 business days later I received a brand new unopened box unit. Tracy even said I could proceed with my installation using the damaged unit while waiting for the replacement. The damaged unit did work and was used through the weekend and up until I swapped them out when the new G73 arrived. Given the situation, I couldn't think of a better way to resolve it. Thanks, Tracy! This purchase from Air&Water was actually for a 2nd G73 for my 720 sq ft garage with 12' ceiling on the opposite wall from the first one. I set them up in a two-stage configuration through a WiFi thermostat with ceiling fans. Everything can now be controlled remotely with a smartphone. Heat throughout the garage is well balanced and comfortable. Two of these at 5,000 BTU each are way cheaper than one 10,000 BTU model of another brand and provide more uniform heat distribution.
