Packs a punch!

We bought this heater to heat our shop/garage. This heater packs a punch! It heats our area with ease.

It's a good heater but when I got it I had to take it apart and fix it because the fan was hitting a metal piece that goes across it and I called Cousumer service and they said it was the electrical work when clearly I said it was the product and they told me I had to take it apart and fix it. That annoyed me but I fix the problem myself and it works just fine and heats my garage good !!!

Love our new heater.

I've used all types of garage heating over my years in the lawn care business and I must say this is by far the cleanest, quietest and safest electric garage heater I have ever used. I personally love the built in thermostat with automatic shutoff to stop overheating. I also love that I don't have to clean up ashes or deal with gases. Also peace of mind with little ones running around. I definitely would recommend this to anyone that needs to heat roughly 500 square feet in a garage or shed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently installed this heater in a 24x24 insulated garage. And wow! What a little trooper this heater is. It works wonderfully! I had one small issue with the heating element and customer service was a breeze! Within less than 24 hours they had a new one on it's way with no hassle at all. I would recommend this heater and company to anybody that is considering any of their products.

I would not buy this heater again.

I used it occasionally for a couple of years, then the heating element wiring connection overheated and melted. I bought a new heating element from NewAir, but it didn't work. Even the fan stopped working with the new heating element installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i had a small little problem with this but i contacted newair on chat and melissa was very helpful to me every step of the way to fix this and she did a great job and made everything great
