arrived fairly quickly (5 days Cal. to NY) Looks brand new. No noticeable blemishes at all. After a clean out plugged in and got to tempurature in about 30 minutes. Totally happy with purchase

I have had this for a few years and was working great until I had an issue with the thermostat. I called customer support and they were very helpful in sending me a replacement. Looking forward to being able to have a full wine fridge again!

Nothing is perfect. So when I had a small issue with my humidor after my warrantee was over Newair replaced a part at no charge but needed to pay the postage. So when I called to give them my credit card Michelle Jacobs was my customer service rep. But when Michelle processed my card the computer inadvertently charged for the part AND the postage. Poor Michelle worked patiently to reverse the charges and fix the issue. She is a trooper. I can't praise her enough. She is a true asset to Newair.
I would recommend this to a friend!
