We love our wine cooler! It is surprisingly quiet as it sits in our living room. It is perfectly functional and looks great on our wine bar! We are really satisfied with it!

So I initially purchased this because I just didn't have space in my fridge for my wine bottles. It's been a great investment. It keeps my bottles cool and I can adjust the temperature. I do not believe that the shelving can be adjusted, but I admittedly haven't tried. I can see why some people may like that feature however. Aside from that, this cooler has more than done the job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this product to keep bottled water upstairs. It is only 4 years old and has recently started beeping all the time. When I called they said the unit was discontinued. They offer no recourse on a repair and no real support. You have to guess what's wrong with it and hope the parts you order will fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have purchased a total of FOUR units due to the exacting of spacial limitations for a wine fridge. THREE of the FOUR units have lasted less than two years (2 less than a year). I can only assume that this why they have "blemished" units with NO warranty. Now the units are not available in my home state - California : ( I would kindly recommend that you - - STAY AWAY ! ! !
I bought this 2 weeks ago and still can't get the company to send a leg. Have talked to 3 different people and everyone promises to send it but never does.
I was so thrilled with my 12 bottle refurbished wine fridge, I bought another. Here are a few key points to consider: - aesthetically pleasing stainless steel - LED steady temp control - most importantly the units MAKE NO NOISE WHATSOEVER

I had the exact same experience as prior reviewer. Wine cooler ceased functioning around the four-year mark. Began with incessant beeping and within a day or two completely stopped chilling. Contacted the company to see if it could by repaired and they sent me a replacement part costing around $30. The instructions were five sentences and proved to be entirely inadequate I learned after dismantling the refrigerator. After many phone calls at my initiation (their Customer Service never returns calls) to try and obtain better instructions I finally gave up and asked for a refund for the part. For the record, they did send an email with further instructions (about three sentences) but it in no way helped resolve the issue. The part is not easily replaceable by an average customer even though they lead you to believe it is. I never received a refund so I ended up paying additional money for garbage. If you care about the environment, I would not recommend purchasing NewAir products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
