I was pleased to find newair online when I was researching electric heaters for my home. They provide contemporary looking products with great pricing not to mention free shipping. I found their website very easy to navigate and found exactly what I was looking for. The page also listed specs and description of the products which certainly was helpful in deciding on my purchase. Ivette at customer service was extremely helpful when I was placing my order.she not only was very thorough she was kind, polite and a pleasure to talk with. My order was also posted promptly and sent out within the time frame listed. I certainly had a pleasurable experience ordering from newair and have also found the heaters to be exactly as described on their website. I'm sure I'll be visiting their site again in the future. I use this heater in a 8x10 with no other heat source. The room stays above freezing overnight. The heater brings the room to a comfortable temperature in a short time. I often have to turn it off midday.

Bought 3 of these units- 2 for bedrooms and one for an open family room to supplement a very old furnace that leaves some areas of the house colder than others. You can't hear them running at all which is great and they seem to do a nice job heating the room. I appreciate the black color as it blends in with my decor nicely. My sons say they like the heaters in their bedrooms and they are simple to operate- I was able to get them up and running in no time without looking at the manual. Too soon to say if they will help with the electrical bills (over the other space heaters I have) but I am hoping so!

Perfect for Any Size Room

This heater is so awesome! As soon as I turned it on, it was up and running and had my room warm in no time! I also like the sleek design! It meshes well with almost any decor and easily fits in any size room and ranges from warm to nice, toasty, and blazing! Lots of controls to get the area exactly how I like it!

This is exactly what I needed

I was looking for a heater that I can put in my living room and looks nice with the decoration this one is very nice and elegant but the most important is it heats up very fast my house feels so nice and warm I’m so happy it doesn’t make any sound that’s perfect it can be in your bedroom but you won’t even notice it is there! Very nice heater.
