Replacement Parts Discontinued

I really like this product ***BUT*** I am looking for the forks, spit and nuts for the CTO7100B ROTISSERIE CONVECTION OVEN DIGITAL. How am I supposed to find replacement parts if they are discontinued? My oven is like new and I will not buy another one of your ovens just for the rotisserie feature when all I need are a few items to use the product that I have. Any help in finding the spit, two forks and nuts for my CTO7100B ROTISSERIE CONVECTION OVEN DIGITAL would be greatly appreciated.

I use my 2-3 year old oven daily and love it!

I really like the wide variety and volume of meals I can cook in this oven. The dimensions listed are incorrect, though. Mine is 12.75" x 10.5" x 18.5". CAT. NO. CTO7100BKT TYPE1. It does cook a 12" pizza:)

I love this oven!

My husband gave me this oven as a Christmas present 2 years ago and I don't know what I would do without it. I got rid of my toaster because of the excellent toast it makes...I use it to cook quick meals, chicken fingers, fish fillets, pan-breaded shrimp, anything frozen that I have to cook I do in the small countertop oven. It's a lifesaver in the summertime.

I purchased a,black and Decker toaster oven because I had already owned one. The one I just had was working fine until the digital display panel stopped working. When I ordered this current model, I must have misunderstood the dimensions. I am very disappointed in the size, it is smaller than my old one. Yes, this has the rotisserie, but I thought it would have been at least the same size as the last one. I can't put the same size roast, etc. Do you realize how small the chicken has to be if I want to use the rotisserie? I do know how good black and decker products are but I am disappointed and thinking of giving this away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had this product since 08/09/29. Both the top elements failed this morning, 24 Jan 2011. The elements are not user replacable. It will cost more to fix than we paid for it.

Only lasted 18 months

I love this oven and am going to buy it again because I am usted to it and enjoy it. I make cookies, pizza, and cakes and many more things and it is easier to use this than my big oven. Just very disapointed in how long it lasted. I've ben a big fan of BD. All my other ovens have lasted 10+ years. This is the first that died in less than 18 months.

Great toaster oven

The oven it self is great. My kids use it daily. The only complaint I have is with the rotissoire. It works good, but makes alot of smoke when cooking a chicken and the oven smells like chicken for a couple weeks after using.
