This is our second safe by Sentry, however our first one was not waterproof and after 10 years of having it it was showing rust. So we recently purchase the above model and sofar so good.

I only have it about 1 month and now it won’t open with my code or the master code .

This is my first and I believe the best safe I’ll ever need. Following the included instructions everything worked according to the design. The code on the back of the manual is hard coded in the digital lock in case you ever forget the customer entered code. I was very impressed and would recommend this unit. Registration allows you to log the hard code and customer code along with the serial number.

I’m happy with my purchase overall. I like the drawers and the amount of space it provides however the safe isn’t easy to open. I have a dial combination safe that opens with ease but for whatever reason this one is difficult to turn the handle.
