Damaged and incorrect instructions

The safe came dented. The door pocket/key rack is an extremely fragile plastic that has a broken mounting point. The light on the door is non-functional. Some of the instructions in the manual are just plain incorrect and I had to figure it out myself. It still functions as a safe so not worth the hassle of trying to return a 140 lb box. I didn't expect for so many things to be wrong right from the beginning and it makes me question the company.

Good overall safe big enough for the home office. I can put pentacles folders and laptop in it easily.
Only concern is with the handle. It’s plastic and obviously mated to steel internally. It feels spongy at the stops like it could strip out. I would buy a steel handle if they made one but the don’t as of now.

This safe is decent sized and not so heavy that you can't move it to put it where it's needed. I also thought it was available at a good price point considering it is also rated to withstand water and fire. It closes up solidly and you can tell that it's sealed. It was very easy to program in my own combo and it opens very easily.
