I think it’s a fine safe but I think the handle could be made to exert just a little more force before purposefully slipping on the actuator. I know this is to protect the components of the actuator and I know, my safe being water resistant, seals tighter than most, but I find that it’s better if I use one have to depress the handle and the other hand to push in the door slightly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Safe will not open

Safe will not open. Even using rhe factory code. I can hear the mechanism attempting to unlock, but the safe remains locked. An absolute waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved my old safe with only a key but decided to go digital with key. I am not disappointed!
The door opens smoothly, the inside is very roomy. I love the filing drawer and I organized all my paperwork for my family. The only disappointment was that the internal drawer lock is flimsy, and only one side connects. So I can’t use the lock part. But having a drawer is nice
