This is a replacement for the same model we purchased in 2014 that is rusting from the inside out. The rust was getting on clothing stored near the safe. We liked it enough to purchase again. Our new safe arrived with a dent on the back corner, customer service offered to replace it but, since the dent appeared to be cosmetic we were offered an additional disount to keep it. I was very pleased with the customer service representitave.
