The first safe I bought was damaged and had to be returned. I unpacked this safe at the store before buying it. The factory combination sometimes takes 3 to 5 tries before opening the safe.

If you make the safe as “anchorable” to concert floors, why not devise a way for owner to do that without ruining the structure and voiding the “waterproof” feature?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This safe looks great and operates flawlessly I really have no complaints except this particular model does not have an interior light. All mechanical operations work very well and plenty of room for all of my valuables

I like the safe and it was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the bottom left front corner is dented in, it seems due to inferior packaging for such a heavy safe. The box seemed in good shape and there was a lot of Styrofoam, but it was broken up once I received it. Even with the Styrofoam, the heavy safe corner was dented during shipping. It is completely functional and did not seem to bent the door sealing, but it sad to receive a new safe that is dented.

The battery holder, that holds the batteries was missing, had to wait from Friday night till Monday morning to call in and try to get one, called in and they said one is being sent to us, we received the battery holder and we can now use the new safe, easy to operate and convenient shelves, key holders and storage in door.
I would recommend this to a friend!
