I got the safe from bj’s and it’s not working properly, after putting a right code also safe is not opening and we had a hard time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No manual with safe but gal on phone helped us unlock it. Small dent on top corner. Box was not damaged so it probably happened when packed. So far we like it but it's only been a couple of days.

I love the safe only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because I’m having trouble adding a second code for my wife I followed the instructions when I add hers my code doesn’t work so I don’t know why this is happening
