We have some difficulty in opening it. At first we thought it was broken because we couldn’t get it open after entering the combination but we found you have to really push down on the handle but In doing so makes one think it’s about to break.

Door seals seem tight to survive water intrusion.
The interior walls and shelves appear to be a plastic material so I hope they can resist the extreme exterior heat of 1700deg for one hour.
My other safes have bolts on the hinge side of the door and I don't see that here on this safe.
Digital Lock works well and has 2 codes that can be programmed.
Nice Shelves with optional document organizer available.
I believe it would be nice to have recessed Floor Inserts to mount to the floor.

Hopefully this will protect my documents and video memories, should a disaster happen. Not sure it would stand up to a physical attack but I don't think it's designed as a security safe. The handle feels a little delicate and I'm sure that will be the point of failure over time.
