Best Iron Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Proctor Silex Iron Nonstick with Cord-wrap is the most practical and best working iron I’ve ever owned. It steaming power is great and really helps to reduce the wrinkles while ironing. The cord-wrap is perfect so it is easy to put away with the cord securely wrapped around the back of the iron. The pointed front end makes it easy to maneuver and get sides and inner pockets good. It always helps create perfect creases. I would definitely recommend this iron to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my iron to apply embroidery/ cross stitch patterns to fabric before I hand embroider them. It works very well, and I love that it comes with a cord wrap. It definitely helps keep the cord out of the way when not in use. The iron also heats up fairly quickly, making the task of whatever I'm ironing much quicker.

Not a bad little iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a bad little iron so far. I had a problem with the first one but they were happy to replace it which was a plus. I have been using this on my husbands shirts and my dresses and pretty happy so far. The wire can be tricky unwrapping and rewrapping though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron was very simple and easy to use. It worked very well on all materials. It would heat up quickly and the steam feature did a great job of getting those extra wrinkles out. My favorite features was the part where I can wrap up the cord. It makes it a breeze to clean up, put away, and keep everything organized! It also helped in preserving the cord and keeping it from getting super twisted or frayed.

Nice, lightweight, easy to use iron

It is smaller which makes it easier to use but may take a little more time to iron. Steam feature works great.

It's heavy duty in baseball uniforms. And it's delicate on my husband's dress pants. It doesn't spit water which is cool.

Proctor Silex Cordwrap Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using this iron for awhile now and have to say am loving it. The wrap cord keeps my laundry room neat and in order. The nonstick iron surface keeps my clothes clean and residue free. The automatic shutoff is my absolute favorite feature as I’ve left home more than once not sure whether or not I left the iron on, but confident that it would go off itself. I would definitely recommend this product!

Okay Entry/Basic Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This proctor Silex iron is a good entry level product designed to hold the cord when not in use. It heats up fairly quickly and holds a decent amount of water. My only gripe is the way that the water is added to the iron. You have to hold the cap out of the way with one hand and pour the water in with the other. Otherwise, it just falls back into place as you're pouring. The cap for the water reservoir doesn't flip out on a hinge like on most irons, it it is attached with a little piece of rubber as seen in the photos.
Other than this, it's just your basic iron with a decent steamer/spray option and a non-stick plate.
