We've had this for 2 years and are now looking for a replacement. The interiors of both the refrigerator and freezer could be better designed to make the space more usable. The ice maker sometimes works, sometimes doesn't and sometimes won't stop until we turn it off.
The drawers cannot be removed, and therefore can't be cleaned very well. The instructions in the owner's manual on how to remove the drawers don't look like the drawers in our refrigerator. We gave up for fear of breaking the plastic tabs. One of the drawers has never been able to open more than 4-5 inches. The refrigerator is very noisy and creates a whole suite of sounds we've never heard in another refrigerator, including some that are fairly loud.
Through it all, it does refrigerate and freeze, so I did not give it a '1'.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this because we lived the look and didn’t want something that looked like every other. Love the counter depth, love the lights inside. We are having trouble getting the ice maker repaired and so hope we can as we hate to give it up. (Third repairman arriving today.)
