Great size and chills well but sealing issues

We've had this freezer for a few months now. it replaced our old one which we had outgrown. This one cools well and has great use of size. However, the seal isn't that string sometimes and we definitely have had quite a bit of frost along one whole side which is an issue. It has continued no matter how much we have made sure it is fully closed each time. It was the only one that fit our size and space needs and availability or else we probably would have returned it. :/
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so sure

I bought this freezer early January. Had to wait on delivery as the store ran out of inventory. Delivered yesterday. Plugged it in immediately and waited the suggested 4 hours before checking on the cooling. It had only reach 25 degrees F at that time. Turned the thermostat up all the way to 7 and checked again after running all yesterday afternoon and all night. Coldest temperature reading was 15 degrees F. Specs show operating range from -10F to +10F. Have now loaded some meat to see if taking up some space will improve cooling. I have my doubt
