Perfect fit for a tight spot

We wanted this dishwasher to fit a spot where we took out one cupboard of a whole set (didn't want to replace all our cupboards). Worked like a charm! Actually holds a nice amount of dishes, although the silverware caddy is a bit flimsy. Also runs a bit loud, but only at times. Overall it has worked well so far.

I never had a dishwaser and when I remodeled my kitchen there was only enough space for this 18" dishwasher. It works great, not too noisy when running and gets my dishes sparkling clean. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a space saving dishwasher.

We have an exceptionally tiny kitchen in our house and we excited to be able to incorporate a dishwasher into our kitchen remodel design. This dishwasher looks good in our kitchen (we have black appliances with stainless accents so it fit right in the decor) and it's the right size. It works ok but we've started waiting to turn it on until we go up to bed because it's loud enough that it makes it hard for us to hear the TV in the next room. I think a big part of this is the dishwasher placement (right next to the opening to the living/dining area# and how small our house is #less than 400 square feet on the first floor). It's not a terrible inconvenience but makes it less than perfect. The dishwasher also doesn't always rinse cleanly even when we add plenty of rinse aid, and we've switched from powder detergent to gel. The powder detergent would frequently just be caked into the dispenser at the end of the cycle, making me wonder just how clean the dishes were coming out. We're hoping the gel will flow out more easily and our dishes will get cleaner. You definitely need to rinse your silverware before putting into this machine.Overall, meets our needs but isn't fantastic.

Nice oven but can't be cleaned.

The lower door has openings to allow to air to escape. Unfortunately, this also allows spills to enter between the glass panes on the door. After three months the door looks filthy. I contacted Whirlpool regarding how to clean this and I was advised that I needed to have a service tech come out to clean my door. It is considered a "cosmetic" problem and is not covered under warranty. There is no way to avoid normal spills when using the oven. While I do like the double oven feature, it's not worth it to have my oven looking like I haven't wiped the door down, even though it was just cleaned. I was very excited when I purchased this very expensive oven and I'm sorry I wasted my money.

Love the double oven

We bought this a year ago. My hubby did alot of research into what we wanted in a range. There is only the 2 of us so the small upper oven comes in very handy. On the holidays it's great because I have room to use both ovens. The stovetopss have different heat settings and they can boil water for pasta really quickly. The stovetop is a little difficul to keep shiny.

ease of use

I've had the oven for about 4 months now, cook every day, and have used the double oven feature ~6 times already. Most things can go into the top oven without using the energy required of a traditional single oven. The top oven rack is nearly flush with the door when open, making it a little easier for my husband to burn himself. The bottom oven door opens almost to the level of the floor. It is somewhat awkward and I can use it with ease, but someone with mobility issues might have a harder time. The warming plate is a nice convenience. It is a gorgeous appliance! I got it in stainless and black cooktop.

I, unlike most women, do all the cooking and have really appreciated all the features this dble/oven range has. The room is amazing and being able to cook so many different things at once is what I really like. Thanks for thinking of everything when you made this appliance!

Do not think twice if you are shopping for an electric range. This is the one. The double ovens great. The top one is smaller amd is the one that I use the most. It preheats very quickly. The cooktop is fantastic. It brings water to a boil very quickly and the temperature is easily controlled. Besides working very well, it looks amazing.
