Less Than Desirable Results to Read MicroSD Cards

Two (2) products in the package, the Stars are an average of both items together.
The products were packaged well and not too difficult to open, the rest of this review is in two parts. The first part, the SD Card Adapter is superb, alone it would get five (5) Stars. It has functioned flawlessly since the beginning. Read-Write speeds appear normal regardless of the manufacturer of the inserted card. I have had no issues or difficulties to date, and do not anticipate any.
The second item, the Mobilemate SanDisk Card Reader has proven to be completely useless for me, alone it would receive zero (0) Stars. It is designed to hold the inserted card so tight the only way I could get the card back out was to use needle-nose pliers (yes, definite over-kill) which resulted in damage to the card (tweezers could not hold it tight enough to get it out undamaged). My recommendation is to not waste your time with the SanDisk Card Reader. I am a returning SanDisk/W-D customer with several previous products.
