I had many phones and I am very satisfied with the Samsung Galaxy SIII. It does everything I Need it to do.

The only problem I have came across with this here phone is the durability. I've owned cheaper Samsung products with higher durability. Although this phone is an amazing product otherwise. I've done a lot with it in the past 4 months I've owned it and it always performed great. I dropped it from about 3 feet up the screen stopped working and also cracked it. I contacted Samsung and they were very helpful in assisting me. I hope to see my phone back in a week and I would suggest buying a good case for it if you decide to make the purchase. Arrrrrrrrrrggggg

Out of all samsung phones the galaxy 3 is by far the best phone

charger connection contiures to break

I have not own my Samsung Galaxy S® III for a year yet and I have had to send in for repair service 3 times. charger connection contiures to break. I also feel the speakers are very weak

Cons: Did not meet expectations

The features are easily usable. Loved the ability to maneuver in every area on my phone. My daughter loved it so much I had to buy her same phone.
