Great product for a perfect price

I like the way this phone functions. It's easy to use and that is what I was looking for. I like the size of the screen and the dual camera function. However, I don't like having to download a silent camera app to avoid having the sound every time I take a picture. Other than that, I am pleased with my cell phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought my phone so I've only had it a few hours but I absolutely love it....its almost just like the s3 ....I can't believe how inexpensive it was and how similar it was to the s3 .....its got all the features I was looking for and I love the size weight everything about it! Thank u samsung.... great job with this one! !

I am very pleased with this product. The operating system works well combining translator apps with social networking apps. Actually better than a regular PC.! Also the camera and video recording are of high quality.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, good os, normal micro usb charger

overall I liked this phone except for an annoying s note failure which would close my app or not let me go to my main menu. Also there was a sound it would crackel at me when I texted to much.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Disappointed in this phone

I purchased my phone at Best Buy. They were busy so I felt rushed. Much to my dismay the phone did not come with any instructions! I bought it in October and still have not figured out how to set up my voice mail. No one else can either......so I guess I have to take the phone back to Best Buy to have them set it up. Ridiculous!!!
I feel there are too many unnecessary Apps installed initially. I have no idea what they are for and of course, no instruction. The Mobile ID app is constantly failing. The phone drops calls. Not sure I would get this type of phone again. It's only been 7 months and I'm already looking to replace the phone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Right out of the box this phone has been great. Easy to use and navigate. Awesome front and rear facing takes pictures and videos. Good storage capacity. Thin and light weight.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, great phone for the price.

What a Surprise!

After coming off the leading competitor's product, boy was I surprised by the Galaxy. Surprised by what a poor quality product it is. Honestly, but for the fact that I need a cell phone, and can't legally unlock my brandX phone (at least not yet), I'd like nothing more than to take a hammer to my Galaxy. My 5 year old prior phone is a better product than this poor excuse for a smart phone. It crashes repeatedly, every day. Maybe 8 times a day; sometimes less, but never fewer than 4-5 times a day. And what's the difference anyway as more often than not the apps themselves are "no longer responding." Maps? Forget it, hasn't worked in months. The internet? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. The worst part is when it craps out right in the middle of a phone call. Just dies. And then takes something like 3-5 minutes to boot back up. You see why I say that taking a hammer to this phone would be pure bliss? So the Galaxy was a big surprise -- the kind of surprise you don't want. I'll never buy another Samsung product because if this is as good as they can make them, they can keep them!
