I have been very pleased with this product. It has been many years since I have been in a position to buy a dishwasher. At first I was overwhelmed with the features offered on this model, but it didn't take long to fully appreciate them. The top shallow, cutlery rack is a nice addition; the steam feature is beneficial; the noise level is stealth-like; AND my dishes are clean. I have also appreciated the email product information/use videos -- they have been very helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good dishwasher

I recently purchased this dishwasher and I am quite happy with it: cleaning is excellent (main reason why anyone buys a dishwasher), style is cool (added value), features will require some improvements.
Features that I find need improvements:
1. The bottom tray gets out of the tracks too easily. This is quite annoying when it's full of dishes.
2. Controls/lights: Without a powerful ambient light, the controls at the top of the panel are not easily readable. They light up when one makes a selection, but they should have been backlit (of a different color) when not selected.

What dishwasher?

I am Amazed at how quite this dishwasher is...you can't hear it at all! Also, the third rack was a big selling point for us and I love it. All the racks are adjustable and the guides can stay up or go down for all different size dishes and pots. Also, we run the dishwasher about half of what we did with our old one because we can fit so much into it! That all being said, it goes without saying it cleans 'em really well too :)

An Excellent Washer; UI could be improved.

The washer is spacious, highly customizable and very quiet. Totally happy with the washing performance. however, the buttons and menus are quite finicky and hard to quickly configure. Example it takes several tries to get the extra dry option selected. child lock is equally finicky. anything that requires you to hold is a bit irritating.
As a washer - Its EXCELLENT!

Quiet, but not dry

I like this dishwasher for many reasons, and dislike for only one. It does not dry the dishes very well, even when I use the extra-dry setting (and the sanitary setting as well, as a repair man suggested). It is really quiet, so I don't have a problem running it during the day, but night works best as it takes a really long time (3+ hours) to do a cycle with sanitary and extra-dry.
The racks are configured very usefully, with the silverware rack being my favorite. It has little holes to place all of the pieces separately so they all get clean! The bottom rack leaves space for really tall items, which many dishwasher lack.

QUIET - I mean quiet.

Unless used on Steam Cycle it does not clean as well as our old machine and it leaves spotted dishware.
It is extremely quiet.
Satisfied but was expecting more from this pricey unit.

Wonderful dishwasher

I bought this dishwasher as a replacement. With the third rack and the various cycles I am so pleased. The only negative I have is the top rack doesn't fit my glasses well. But that is small compared to everything else. Love the steam
