Horrific.

This is literally the worst dishwasher I've ever used or owned. I've never posted a review before but feel the absolute need to warn future / current customers firmly against this dishwasher. The plastic wheels snap off each wash, there is no track to keep the racks in place. The washer does not clean anything off any dishes, even with proper pre-rinsing, use of recommended cleaning agents and proper drain maintenance. Additionally, the plastic pieces that should hold the wire rods in place , also constantly fall off and cause broke dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worried it will catch fire every time I use it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've already had the motherboard on this unit replaced under warranty because the wiring was smoldering. It still is. Not as bad, but the smell of burnt wiring is constant. I can't leave the house with the unit running for fear of fire breaking out while we are gone.
