great concept

I love this phone, unfortunately I think I am the only one that does. The built in earpiece is great, but I have had two of them stop working for no known reason. When I tried to get the second one replaced I was told that this phone in no longer in production and that the built in earpiece is no longer available.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
Cons: not supported
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
