Doors do not function well- frequently do not fully close

The refrigerator has a few major issues- the gaskets are not strong, and in the first month of operation, I had 4 instances of the temperature inside going very high, resulting in lots of moisture in the both the refrig and freezer compartments. The doors need to be opened and closed in a particular order, and they do not seal well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door gets left open occasionally as the left one doesn't close all the way easily. It needs extra attention, to make sure someone doesn't leave it in that position. The first older one I purchased was quiet, the newer model has a lot of noise when the water charges for the ice maker.
Pros: Space For Tall Items, Attractive Design, Energy Efficient, Customizable Shelving, Easy Access
Cons: Noisy, The left door doesn't always close all the way.

Good and bad features

Purchased April 2012 and loved the frig for about one year then it started the usual frig noises. Now has a layer of ice below freezer door and have scheduled repair for frosting in the freezer. Am unhappy how Uneven the temp is in frig, back of frig occasionally freezes items. Overall, not my best purchase despite some good features...

French doors do not close properly, must make your press firmly. Bottom freezer constantly drops ice cubes on the floor when opening, they fall underneath & we do not realize it until they have melted. Not good when you have hardwood floors. A layer of ice has formed at the bottom of the freezer.

I bought this refrigerator after having a good experience with Kitchen Aid gas range and microwave. This fridge has so much more space than our previous standard depth side by side! Things don't get "lost" in the back like a standard depth. Good organization of shelves. Like putting juice, milk, etc. in the door. Also, like having a special drawer for pizza's and large flat items. Freezer could have better organized space rather than just two bins - everything just piles up. I got the pro-line the first time and it looked very classy. I loved it so much I am getting another one for the new house we are building, since this one was sold with our previous home. This time I am getting it with the paneled overlays since we are going with more modern look and will paint them white. I'll update review then when we get the new one. Hopefully, I'll have as good of an experience as with the first one.

We are thrilled with our new fridge and decided to have panels made to match the cupboards. The fridge has great features and is so convenient to use and access. I don't like water on the door, so inside it is accessible, but discrete.
