This is a great product

I have had my phone for over 3 1/2 yrs, and it is just started to physically fall apart. Several of the important key covers have started to fall off (the Clear and End key covers.) In addition, there are several of the letters on the QRTWY keyboard that tend to stick or are difficult to get to type into a word; and have to be repeated to get to respond. This makes sending text messages a bit more difficult.
I am going to be reordering a reconditioned one of these phones as my "new phone" for the "new every two years" phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for a couple months now. I have had a lot of LG slide or flip phones (never a smart phone) but this is the one I like the least. The slide out keyboard is the reason I picked it, but the buttons are very small and hard to get used to. The real problem is how slow it is! I do quite a lot of texting and the delay when you are typing is ridiculous. I will be through the sentence typing and the phone is still thinking about the first word. It is also very slow to scroll through the texts and the memory capacity for storing them it tiny!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my phone for about 7 years and I would like to get another one. The A button on the qwerty keyboard stopped working but other than that it's a great phone. I have dropped it like 50 times and it still keeps working! Please check your warehouse to see if there are any left.

It is a very nice model. However it does lack multitasking when my music is playing, versus the LG500G that I used to operate when I had phone service on it. This LG Cosmos 3 has a problem at times with randomizing mp3 tunes. Often when I go back to the genre folder to play at random, it keeps its common randomness. Sometimes I can get it to start with a different song.

I had a really hard time Texting with this Phone, because the Keys are Tiny, lined up Funky, and Slippery when new. They are slowly losing Slickness, after 2 Months, finally. I really wanted to Keep this a Long time, looks like I may not want to now ...
