I opened up my new Otterbox Agility Portfolio (Black Leather) today and love it! After just a short time, it seems to have a great fit and finish. My Air Pad2 looks great in it. Love the design of the forward facing speakers openings. Makes listening a whole lot better. Great product and great customer service! I have bought a lot of Otterbox cases over the years and this one like ALL the rest will keep me coming back for more!

I purchased this as a replacement to go over the original agility shell for my iPad Air. Otterbox redesigned it and made it smaller and didn't make it clear when advertising the product. It ended up costing me more money to buy a new shell separately. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered the leather case after viewing it online. It looked awesome and I couldn't wait for it to arrive. When I opened the box I realized that the shell case was not included :(.when I realized that I went back online to order the 37.00 shell case that would complete my case and it has been out of stock for awhile :( so I haven't been able to use the case at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
