Worst appliance ever!!

I've made service calls for this fridge 5 times since purchased (5 yrs ago) three times for the same issue.(fan Issues and not cooling) This issue has raised it's ugly head again. Like customers here I've experienced the water under deli tray, this issue never stopped even after service call. Now the ice maker stopped working. Never will I purchase this brand again!!

I purchased this refrigerator four years ago. I have had to replace the icemaker twice.
Water collects and freezes underneath the deli drawer. Once it freezes above the bottom panel it spills out of the french doors onto the floor. You have to remove the deli drawer and use towels to mop up the excess water and then chip the ice from the bottom of the panel.
The function of the deli drawer sometimes sticks which makes it hard to open and close.
When it comes time to replace this unit, I will not go with GE and I own stock in GE will not buy another unit from them again.

Worst Appliance Purchase Ever Made!

This refrigerator is the worst appliance purchase ever made. I liked the look of the stainless steel, french door and freezer on bottom. We have owned this fridge for 3.5 years and we were severely disappointed after 6 months.
We started noticing dents and dings all over our new fridge. This shocked us because we are NOT rough on things. As time has gone by, more dents and dings have appeared and it's because this "metal" is EXTREMELY" thin and soft. The smallest bump will cause a dent in the smooth metal. Needless to say after 3 years our fridge looks horrible, even though it's clean and shined to a polish the dents and dings show and it just sickens us.
As if that isn't bad enough, the ice cubes in the ice maker get stuck at least 2-3 time per month (often in the middle of the night). It makes such a loud banging sound that doesn't stop until someone can reach in and remove the ice cube.
We are sickened by the fact that we spent so much money on a product that is so poorly made. We will NEVER purchase another GE refrigerator!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the worst appliance I have ever purchased from GE. It has so many dents on the doors because the stainless steel is so thin and seems to be a bit hollow inside. The the slightest touch will make a huge dent.
The main drawer broke within the first year. Also, I had the same issue with the ice maker.
This appliance has been nothing, but a headache since I purchased it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
