good fridge

I've had this refrigerator a little over a month and so far have been very pleased with it. I do not have a family so it is large enough for just me. The freezer is a little narrow and because it's in a tight space the freezer door cannot be opened all the way so it is a challenge to get items out. It is quiet and the dispenser works fine. I wish the doors were also the textured finish (like the sides). Since I have the black finish, water spots do show! Overall I am happy with the purchase.

i bought this refrigerator new. It is an excellent fridge. Especially for the money. It runs quite and is very convenient and easy to use. Also, being a energy star item, I look forward to saving money on my power bill..

Aside from a problem with the original doors being scratched and reordered (which took 2 months), the second set arrived and the ice cube dispenser frequently gets a cube stuck in it and you have to pull it out or it melts into the tray. The new doors have a seal issue and so condensation builds up on the outside but another door has now been ordered.I hope this clears it up! The finish is shiny and scratches easily.

Our new Whirlpool Refrigerator replaced a similar 20 year old model that we had grown to love. The new one was sleeker, more efficient, more modern looking, but the same "Bisque" color as before. And, with all the same features.We hated parting with our old, very reliable, Whirlpool Refrigerator. But, after a few weeks it was as though nothing had changed and our very reliable and beautiful appliance had simply grown more reliable and more beautiful over time. We are delighted.

Interior design makes poor use of space especially inclusion of the 2 small drawers. Ice maker has to be emptied more than once per week because of the ice sticking together even though freezer is on coldest setting. Freezer should have glass shelves that don't allow small packages to fall through. Quality of workmanship is poor considering the premium price. Refrigerator was purchased only because of an emergency. Refrigerator not expected to last more than a few years hence the purchase of an extended warranty that added even more to the exorbitant price..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
