love the cold water right from the dispenser!

We had space limitations re the size of the unit.The top shelf on the inside seems deeper and not as wide as our previous similar model. Sometimes we have to take items out to get to containers in the back.

Fine fridge and freezer but ice panel doesn't work

This refrigerator/freezer works fine. The apportionment of space is good. However, the panel to get ice or crushed ice does not work. For a new machine, it's pretty annoying. So far no one has been able to tell me how to fix it. THe ice machine itself makes ice, but the dispenser does not work at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product is great with one initial issue

We bought the product in April, 2013. It is working well with one initial exception. Within a month of purchase, the water from the dispenser had what I would describe as a musty, dusty taste. Despite flushing the line, etc. it would not go away. The service rep from our vendor (we bought a long term warranty) replaced the plastic tubing that feeds the dispenser. This seems to have corrected the problem. He said it might be that the original line "wasn't cured". We will continue to watch for any changes.

I received about what I expected, except that the black trim for the water/ice dispenser is the stainless steel color wich was a big surprise for me. The only complains I have is that water is not cold enough because is sitting in the door and you need to empty a glass or two, the stainless steel is rounded at the top of the door and they could have done a better job and the cabinet color is black and I think grey would have look much better. Overall a nice fridge with good lightning, quiet and works great so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Side by Side in this size is too small

There is no freezer room for anything larger than an ice cream box. The refrigerator section is also very small and nothing large can fit. The drawers are made of cheap plastic and could easily break. This is the only size that I could fit in my kitchen and I should have chosen a top or bottom freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife and I made the right choice when we purchased our Whirlpool refrigerator. It has worked great and it looks great in our kitchen. Definitely a great product for our needs.

I have had my frig for about 8 months I really like it the only problem is the freezer is not wide enough for some products such as pizza. Don't know that anything can be done about this concerning that the space in my kitchen will only accommodate this width of frig.
