This product is a disappointment.

Ice maker is loud and the ice sticks together. The water when the filter is in use tastes and smells bad. The first one of this frig that we purchased had to be replaced because the problems were not remedied after six service calls.Sorry, I hate to give a bad review, but you asked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features at economical price

Great product with many features and smart use of technology. The ice maker and water dispenser very useful especially the filter status monitor. Plenty of storage space on door. Clear storage drawers make it easy to find items. The ice maker briefly jammed once but has been Ok since.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We replaced a 28 year old, 22 cu ft top freezer refrigerator with this side by side unit. I was concerned that we could not keep as much food as in our older unit, but I was wrong. I am surprised at how much my wife can fit in this fridge. Though narrow for a side by side, we have room for everything we need. Storing gallon containers on the door shelves saves a ton of room on the inside.My wife loves the ice and water service through the door, and so far it has performed flawlessly. The ice maker holds less ice then my older unit did, so we simply empty the ice-maker into a zip lock bag and keep it in the freezer for when we have company and need more. However, the ice maker does replenish used ice quickly.The refrigerator is quiet, the water filter convenient and easy to change. The unit is well lit, and the see thru shelves make finding items easy.Overall, we are pleased with the unit and its performance.

We purchased this refrigerator in January and have had it for a little over a month. So far, we are pleased with it. It cools very well. The ice maker and water cooler are a very nice feature. We like their location in the freezer door. This frees up shelf space in the freezer compartment. The only minor complaint is the noise when the ice drops into the bucket. The refrigerator fits well into the space we have in our small galley-type kitchen. We would highly recommend this product.

My fridge does not show hand prints, very quite and I especially like the chill drawer, which has its own adjustable temp control. It also saves space by being cab. depth.

This fridge looks good in my kitchen. Seems to work pretty well and I have no complaints about it. If there were anything I could improve, it would be the sturdyness of the levers for the ice and water, and there are a couple door storage slots in the freezer that are oddly sized. Other than that, I like the in-door ice maker, the shelves are sturdy, and the price was right.

First time with a side by side refrigerator but getting used to design and storage capabilities. Will be buying another shelf for refrigerator. Ice machine in door is great since my husband uses lots of ice. Have not had any of the problems others have complained about. We made sure the frig was properly installed and followed all the print instructions for the water filter & ice maker. Water filter is easy to change & filter use indicator is excellent. Would have liked a bigger model but kitchen space didn't allow that. The 22 cf one fits perfectly! Would definitely recommend this model to anyone who needs a smaller frig.
