Cleaning is not good. Cups & glasses often are not clean inside and must be washed again or by hand especially if positioned in corners of top shelf. Both top & bottom rinse cycles often leave dirty wash on different dishes. It's supposed to fit service of twelve but this depends on type of dishes. Heavy ones such as stoneware are fine but Correlel are light and click into each other unless you skip a space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this dishwasher is very quiet and has great features, does a great job. However, it apparently was leaking since the install date, 12/30/15. Repair man fixed on 4/8/16.
not happy a brand new product had to be repaired.

7 months and already having troubles

The door latch is giving us troubles after only 7 months. It is difficult to get the door to close properly so it can start and then it often stops in the middle of the cycle because the door opens on its own. I would have preferred some kind of locking mechanism, but this is a funky switch that you just push to close and is already giving us problems.

Replaced GE Profile with this "upgraded" model and am disappointed in the performance. Had technician look at it and all the computer information checked out ok. Was told I was using too much detergent; because the new model use less water the machine works better with less detergent. Have cut back but am still not happy with the cleaning...I try to be careful how I load to make sure water can access everything but still get dishes with stuck-on food.
I set all the "boosters" available, making the cleaning time up to 138 minutes, which seems like forever!

Really like this dishwasher, the features being accessible while the dishwasher is closed is also a nice design. Very quiet and smooth washing cycle. Does take a little longer running a cycle, but its worth every penny.
