Old one was bigger

Like the stainless interior however the interior is smaller and doesn't hold as much as my last GE Profile dishwasher. Like the hidden controls but the handle juts out too far. Like that it is so quiet you can't tell it is running. Dislike the enormous logo emblazoned on the front. The first one did not drain properly so we had to get a replacement. This one has a leak in the door so it leaves a little pool of soapy water on the floor every time it runs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loading Dishwasher

This dishwasher loads very poorly. My previous GE Profile loaded far better. The dishwasher should come with a loading guide to help understand the correct loading pattern.

It does a very good job at washing but the wash cycles are longer than our previous model.

Have had this model for 6 months and really like it. I can't say enough how quiet it is. Depending on settings wash cycles can be long, but the dishes come out very clean and we typically only do a light rinsing before putting them in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defective within three months

Product was defective and started to leak within three months causing water damage to the kitchen, living room and garage ceiling.

So Clean and So Quiet!

There is no question that this machine gets my dishes super clean. The unit is still new and thus in tip top shape, but while I used to rinse and run a brush over dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, with this, it's just a rinse and in they go to later come out absolutely immaculate. It is very quiet when it runs and plays a cute little tune when it finishes a cycle. The only thing I don't like is the arrangement of the top rack. It's very difficult to fit Tupperware lids and other small things in the slots, as the bottom part of the rack has an upward angle across two-thirds of it and then drops down about 1/2" for the last third, so items tend to fall backwards into the part of the rack most people use for drinking glasses. That and the vertical pegs are widely spaced, so lids and such are always rattling around loosely. Still, lots of things fit into a single load. Also, I greatly appreciate having such variety in cycle choices. The bottle jets have blasted away years of build up from my coffee thermos!
