We bought our freezer over a year ago. We can't find the owners manual. We were in it on Thursday. It was cold.. no problem. We left for the weekend and came home its registering HI and 1/4 beef is lost. We don't know why it got hot.. Do we just unplug it and wait or call someone? When we turned it back on, it just said HI.. I get that's because it hot inside.. and there is a large slit across the back and frost on the lower back wall.

We have been so happy with our new freezer !! I love all of the room and especially the interior light once the door is open. If you can't find what you're looking for your eyes are closed. I would recommend this freezer to anyone looking to shop for bargains. It is so roomy.

This is a replacement for the freezer that was lost due to a power surge. Lots of capacity. Cooled down quickly. I love that I can monitor the temperature on the LED display. The turbo-freeze feature will come in handy during harvest time.

Exactly what we had hoped for. excellent lighting, and door indicator makes for easy monitoring. The lighting inside exceeds the competitors. Door shelving has maximum capacity without overloading the hinges. Product meets all our needs and expectations.
