The unit works as a microwave should. The simplicity of the design is modern and sleek. The only concern we have, is the heat from the light, if left on, can melt a stick of butter. Otherwise it is a great machine.

We remodeled our kitchen 16 years ago and this microwave withstood the test of cooking and reheating from family and friends who visited our condo. This served us well.

Came with the new home we bought 2016, and stop working early this year. When you turn it on it smells
like it is going to explode and it is very noisy too.

Overall, we were very pleased with the purchase of GE microwave. The GE name for us stands for quality above all other. My last microwave lasted 14 years, so we are hoping this one will be as well.
