This came already installed in our new home but I wouldn't pick another one except to maybe have a stronger vent get the cooking smells out of the home while using our new GE range.

Our current built in microwave went out and the thought of getting a new one and getting it put in was not appealing. We found this onle, very affordable and very easy to install. Husband did it completely in 2 total hours. It's a little loud (the fan) but well worth the money!

I noticed lot of noise and upon multiple request technician replaced the part which was causing noise level when started.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
