Not the Quality I expected

After only a month the latch on the door is about to break. I'm going to have to call for service. This is my second GE microwave and thought it would be better than the last. The last one went out a month after the warranty expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave came in our brand new built home . It functions well & has many features, but our handle ripped off. I have not contacted customer service yet, but I'll update once I hear what their recommendation is.

Overall I am so far really liking this product. Easy to use and clean. The only little drawback is the it is louder then I thought, but not enough to keep me from recommending to friends.
