After only three years of use, most for heating up small things or defrosting, the microwave had to be replaced. Apparently this over the range model does not like to be above the stove when you are cooking, unless you use the fan

We have had it for 4 months with no problems. But the fan, even on low is very loud.

This came with our new house and it cooks perfectly and is really easy to use, yet has some fancy aspects to it. I love the potato button, they come out perfectly every time!

I bought this microwave and its not working properly, the vent turn on by itself and cant turn it off, sometimes makes a weird popping noise

Styling is good and power level is suitable. Works as advertised. Wish I could turn off the sound of the "beep" every time a button is pushed.
