Doors pop open when other door is shut

When we close either the freezer or refrigerator doors the other one pops open and stays open a little. When the freezer door pops open, frost forms over everything in the freezer compartment. Dealer said this is normal.

This model refrigerator is inconvient to use.

We have always owned GE refrigerators. I hate using this refrigerator! To use the bottom half which is the refrigerator portion, I have to bend down or knell on the floor to see what's in the refrigerator or to find space to place leftovers or other food. I feel that my old used refrigerator also had more space to place items. The bottom portion needs to be made bigger and easier to access your food items.

Two missing features I would like to see: A bulb in the freezer (Hey - It's dark in there!), and split shelving and door racks. Otherwise, love it!

2nd GE appliance to go bad

I purchased this product in November and on Christmas Eve the appliance stopped cooling. After several attempts to fix the appliance my local store service person discovered there was a wire that could not be fixed. GE did replace the appliance however GE only delivers in my area on Thursdays from the hours of 8-12. I'm a teacher which makes this schedule impossible. I am thankful for my local service person because he came to my house so the appliance could be replaced. This is the second GE appliance I've had to replace within a couple months of purchase. Never again will I buy another GE appliance.
