Great Phone

I absolutely love my S4. The screen size is perfect. The settings are easy to change and keep the way you like them. The only problems I ever have are accidentally hiring the back button when using a Web page and sometimes not getting the best Internet connection when my phone days i have 4G.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

SD card issues

This was a fantastic phone until the SD card slot started acting up. It has decided to mount and unmount my card without any reason. It is getting ridiculous. My friend has had her phone completely wipe itself. I do not want that to happen to me either! This is the same issue I have had with the other S4 I had before and now it is happening again. I am dissatisfied. Something needs to be done.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, sd card slot has many issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Phone is fast and reliable. The call quality is great, has lots of space, helpful pre-downloaded apps and has great camera quality.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

I can do anything I need for my business right from the palm of my hand. Email, text, Internet, receive fax ' s, print and take pictures. All the same things I do from the office I can do on the move.

I am unfortunately on my second s4 n less than a year due some glitches in the system. Overall it is a great phone for anyone on the move. With six kids at home it really helps keep me organized and makes it really easy to set up quick links to the things I do most often. I have recommended this phone to several friends and most of them also agree that it is a great device. The lightweight slim designs lets me take it anywhere I need it to go. Thousands of app options are at my fingertips to make life a bit easier. I will continue to recommend this device to everyone I can. The only bad side I have come up with besides the failure of the original operating system is I wished it would come with more color options or possibly an option to design your own. As an afterthought I could also throw in the fact it is so easy to operate that my four year old can run it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, very easy to operate

I am very happy with my new S4. Sturdy, reliable, great reception and excellent features. Living in the country I need an excellent cell phone to maintain contact and do my business. Samsung has always come through for me. Liked the S3, like the S4 even more. Keep up the good work and excellent product development. Thanks.
